How to setup an archlinux tier2 mirror?

Hello, I have some spare resources left on my proxmox machine (2 cpu cores and 250gb of storage) and I have a 300megabit upload.
I  am interested in setting up a tier2 mirror for archlinux.
I have looked at the "DeveloperWiki:NewMirrors" which outlines how to sync packages from tier1 mirrors and apply to be an official mirror. However I didn't find any information on how to actually host those packages in a form that will just work with pacman. This is likely because I have never hosted a webserver before, so I'm sure if I do some more research into how pacman and nginx works I can figure it out. But Is there some place that can guide me through a recommended configuration, or at least give me a starting point?

The link on the last line of chapter 2 of that wiki page should give you some ideas how to get started.

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky
