Bluetooth Issue on 2023 Razer 14 - Stopped Detecting Devices UNSOLVED

EDIT: I reinstalled arch and started over to fix.

Hello, I've been using Arch Linux on my 2023 Razer 14 (AMD Ryzen CPU, NVIDIA 4070m) without any Bluetooth issues. However, recently, my Bluetooth stopped detecting devices using both Blueman and Blueberry. It's powered on, but just can't identify any device.

## System Information:

Device: 2023 Razer 14 with AMD Ryzen and NVIDIA 4070m (Host: Blade 14 - RZ09-0482 9.04 )
Kernel: ( Kernel: 6.5.7-arch1-1 )
Bluetooth Packages Installed: bluez, bluez-utils, and I have tried both Blueman, and blueberry
Additional Hardware Info: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS w/ Radeon 780M Graphics (16) @ 5.423GHz//GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Max-Q / Mobile

## Steps to Reproduce:

Power on Bluetooth.
Open Blueman (or Blueberry).
Try to search for devices.
No devices appear, even when they are in pairing mode and nearby.

## What I've Tried:

Reinstalled Blueman and Blueberry multiple times.
Followed several online guides related to Bluetooth issues on Arch.
Checked the status of Bluetooth services.
Reinstalled Arch from scratch.
