After I opened a virtual machine using vmware-workstation in the kde plasma x11 environment, the virtual machine usurped the system hotkey, even though my cursor had left the virtual machine interface and even closed the virtual machine. But when I use the system settings that come with kde to change the current keyboard layout, the hotkeys can be restored. The main hotkeys affected are alt, ctrl, and a series of key combinations related to them.

You have followed https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/VMware ?
Which version of workstation are you using ?
Did you install a bundle or one of the aur packages (if the latter, also mention which one) ?
Run
systemctl | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.stbefore you start a VM and after you closed it.
(the command will show an url after succeedding in uploading the content, post those 2 urls ).
Welcome to archlinux forums.
Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.
clean chroot building not flexible enough ?
Try clean chroot manager by graysky

Thanks for your reply,I followed https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/VMware,but I don`t find the solution.
My vmware version is VMware Workstation 17.0.1 build-21139696,I install a bundle from here vmware-workstation
The two url are the same output 0x0,but today my vmware suddenly recovered,I don`t konw why,but today it`s not occupy my system hot keys.
But there is another problem: dragging and dropping files between the host and the virtual machine sometimes works, sometimes not.

That indicates they were identical which tells us the issue was not caused by systemd services used by vmware ws.

What is the guest OS and did you install vmware guest tools for your ws version on the guest ?
note that for an archlinux guest typically you would install open-vm-tools from extra repo.
