[Wayland, NVIDIA] Any way to change the dithering mode in GNOME?

I have been using X11 for a long time (about 4 years), and my main choice was Openbox for my desktop PC. I got my laptop about 8-9 months ago and started trying out different DE/WM on it. After hopping around different Wayland desktops, I finally settled on GNOME, and I really like it. I recently decided to put GNOME on my desktop PC too, and it has been relatively smooth sailing for now, but I've got one issue.

When using Openbox, I could use the nvidia-settings application to change the dithering on my display, due to it arriving defective and in some situations where the picture is "difficult" for my screen to display, vertical lines start slowly burning in the picture.
I don't know for what reason, but setting the dithering on the display to Temporal and the dithering bit depth to 6 bpc fixed* all problems I had using the display. Since the nvidia-settings tool is only for X11 desktop environments, I can't use it to change the dithering on my display. I also tried using GNOME on X11, but the performance of X leaves much to be desired, with it's <60hz while moving libadwaita windows (with my setup at least).

If you've got any idea how I can change the dithering in Wayland, please do tell me. If there is no solution, or it's currently impossible to do, I can always revert my desktop to Openbox. Thanks in advance.

* This wasn't technically a fix, because I had encountered the same issue while using those settings too, but in general, this solution lowered the frequency from several times a day, to once every 1,5 years.
