Hi, this is ~1 year old installation with few users (kdevelop works there) and I just created another user and started kdevelop but when I try to start new project the window is almost blank with all buttons greyed and missing templates. Which leads me to conclusion that this is either Arch problem (something recently changed on how kdevelop is build?) or kdevelop bug.
Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Seems like kdevelop bug:

Kdevelop doesn't create ~/.local/share/kdevfiletemplates folder full of templates.
You can create one by installing kapptemplate and just starting it, this creates ~/.local/share/kdevappwizard/template_descriptions/ folder full of templates which kdevelop seems to automatically be able to pick from.
