lost audio devices after upgrade

This happened on manjaro yesterday, someone on r/archlinux told me to ditch manjaro and just use arch. so i did. install worked fine but as soon as I ran `yay -Syu` i lost all audio devices.

I don't know if I should be using pipewire, alsa or pulseaudio and now I think my system is even in worse shape because I tried all three.

Please help!

Manjaro is not supported here, as has been made clear to you multiple times already and you've already been banned temporarily for it.
