Monitor frequency dropping after some time passes

Hey guys, hope you are doing well

On the start of the system, when I use glxgears to check the framerate - I get 165 fps on my main monitor and 120 fps on secondary
But after some time passes and I run glxgears again - I get 60 fps on both.

I'm on Arch with Hyprland

Monitors in hyprland.conf are configured:

monitor=DP-1, 2560x1440@165, 2560x0, 1
monitor=HDMI-A-1, 2560x1440@120, 0x0, 1

xrandr output:

Screen 0: minimum 16 x 16, current 5120 x 1440, maximum 32767 x 32767
HDMI-A-1 connected 2560x1440+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 700mm x 390mm
   2560x1440    119.95*+

DP-1 connected 2560x1440+2560+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 700mm x 390mm
   2560x1440    164.91*+
