I accidentally posted this in the newbie corner so I hope it's okay to post it here.
Hello, I'm currently trying to install Arch via USB and once I've connected to the Wi-Fi, partitioned, formatted, and mounted, I get a couple of error messages.
Here's what I see:
==> Creating install root at /mnt
==> Installing packages to /mnt
error: GPGME error: No data
error: GPGME error: No data
:: Synchronizing package databases...
core
extra
error: failed retrieving file 'core.db' from geo.mirror.pkgbuild.com : SSL connection timeout
error: failed retrieving file 'extra.db' from geo.mirror.pkgbuild.com : SSL connection timeout
error: GPGME error: No data
error: GPGME error: No data
error: failed to synchronize all databases (invalid or corrupted database (PGP signature))
==> Failed to install packages to new root
I tried to curl the database into /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist but I also get an error for that
Here is the curl error:
curl: (35) OpenSSL SSL_connect: SSL_ERROR_SYSCALL in connection to archlinux.org:443
Thanks in advance to anyone who responds.

Verify you have working internet connection while using the arch installation image.
Also make sure your date / time is set.
The wiki
https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Installation_guide
list the steps. Where both steps without error ?
