sudo pacman and yay doesn't work

When I try to run sudo pacman or yay it gives me this error.

The file doesn't exist anymore because the current version is 2.11.1

You need to update your system with pacman -Syu .  partial updates are not supported

and quick question when using pacman sometimes it says "error: could not register 'g14' database (database already registered)" is that normal?

It seems there's a repository called 'g14' that is referenced twice in your '/etc/pacman.conf'
Check it and delete it if so.
