Hello,
I'd like to ask for your help because I regularly encounter a problem: at random times, but generally during heavy use of the GPU, my computer starts to slow down progressively until it completely freezes, and the audio does the same thing.
Most of the time this problem occurs when I'm playing a game (such as Rimworld for example), and I put a youtube video in the background. The game will be very fluid, but after a while the problem will occur.
When this happens, I can :
force a reboot using the magic keys (Alt + Sys + REKSUB)
Try closing the program(s) using the GPU (this usually stops the problem, but keeps the GPU rather "unstable" and the problem will come back quickly)
Switch to TTY (console interface slows down)
The bug can occur at any time, even when the GPU is only lightly used.
The bug is often triggered when I switch windows (full screen to desktop) via alt+tab.
My computer is an ASUS Rog Strix G17 laptop (Ryzen 6800H / Nvidia RTX 3060).
Some useful commands :

I'd like to point out that I use proprietary graphics drivers and that I've made every effort to set the default Nvidia GPU. (But it doesn't seem to be working).
I use KDE Plasma with SDDM.
Can you help me?
Looking at the kernel system messages (sudo dmesg -w) I noticed a strange error linked to nvidia:
