Hai, I've been having this issue for a while and I've finally decided I want to solve it. Whenever I listen something (youtube, spotify anything) and there is silence (even for like 0.1 seconds) the next time audio plays the first half a second or so is cut off. I'm very certain it's linked to silence, because if I put constant noise on in the background the issue is gone (but it's a bit of a botched solution). As an example, in [this]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHYxjpYep_M) youtube video there are a lot of short silences, the first word or 2 after such a silence is cut off for me.
I've tried looking for solutions online, but I didn't find anything that seemed relevant. The main things I found is issues related to people having low audio.
I use pipewire-pulse, I'm not sure how to give relevant information related to this problem, so if I need to provide any extra information just ask
