Plasma notifications appear off-screen

Hi folks, I need help to get my notifications back to where they belong.

When using a single screen, only a small part of the popup is visible.
It appears in the top-left portion of the screen, but part of it is out of screen, something like negative top-left margin.

When using two screens, I can't see the popup at all.

Changing the positioning in settings has no effects (currently it is set to default, near the notification icon).

I have attached a screenshot of the problem.

System is up-to-date and the issue is present for a few months now.
