Hi,
I'm using the official Archlinux code package and I can't use any language pack.
I have try with French, Spanish and Dutch, none works.
I have open an issue on the official vscode repository but another Archlinux user report he was having the same issue, install the Microsoft build using the AUR package visual-studio-code-bin, then is able to use a language pack!
So perhaps there is something wrong with Code - OSS which prevent the language pack to works correctly? ![]()

I have also issue to change the language of visual studio code.
When I install the extension language pack I want and restarting vscode, then an open with "electron" opens. Nothing else.
But no visual studio code.
Is there no way to open vs code with an debugging feedback in the bash terminal?

Please report issue to Archlinux Gitlab, if you have account there.

I switched to AUR package https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/visu … o-code-bin
Because I was also not able to install C/C++ extension from Microsoft. Not the C/C++ and my language pack works.
More information is in the wiki: https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Visual_Studio_Code
