[KDE] Different scaling factor for QT/KDE applications

I upgraded my monitor to a 4K 144Hz model from a 4K 60Hz.
Display scaling factor is set to 1, but in KDE all QT applications including system settings and desktop icons look as if my display scaling factor was somewhere between 1.5 and 2.0 (too big)
GTK 2/3 applications look small (respecting scaling factor 1.0).
Before I changed the monitor I used to have scaling factor 1.5 and it looked ok in all applications in KDE.
