grubx64.efi vs bootx64.efi

I've been installing Arch manually with encryption. Almost all guides, and I've read many, generally suggest doing all the same thing.
It works on a virtual machine but on a real one my UEFI BIOS doesn't see the SSD. I tried everything and in the end just installed using the archinstall script.
And everything worked.
I was like what the hell? I went to find out and suddenly realised that after the installation according to the guides in the /boot was the following file:
EFI/BOOT/arch/grubx64.efi
which the bios can't see

But archinstall script wrote this file:
EFI/BOOT/BOOTX64.EFI
And the bios sees it perfectly.

I have everything working but please explain me why such a difference occurs? Is my BIOS wrong or the guides are out of date? Or something else?
