dracut is not triggered by a kernel update

I'm using dracut in uefi mode for a long time and every time when kernel got updated or new one installed the dracut would trigger the UKI rebuild even tho its package does not provides hooks for that unlike mkinitcpio. I haven't used dracut-hook package from AUR.
For some reason that stopped working and after kernel got updated dracut does not gets called anymore.
I'm using Arch on 2 PCs and in VM with similar configuration and they all experience a similar behaviour. I cannot find what could cause this change.
Can someone point out what should I do?

Re: dracut is not triggered by a kernel update

No, it is not the same problem. That bug is about broken images. When i'm running `dracut -f --regenerate-all` it works fine. The problem is that this command is not running automatically after kernel update like it used to.

Edit. I think i dun goofed. I forget that i installed dracut-uefi-hook package and some time ago uninstalled it.
