Arch LINUX RANDOMLY FREEZES,SCREEN GLITCHES AND KERNAL PANIC RANDOMLY

iPC SPECS
HP 14s-dq2360nia
RAM 8
CPU: i7-1165G7
GPU: Intel TigerLake-LP GT2 [Iris Xe Graph]
SSD: WD PC SN740
HDD: Not present

I bought a new pc which came with Windows 11 pre-installed. I dual booted it with Arch Linux. Up to 3 weeks things were fine. Then I decided I want to go full arch. After few days I start working on power management and I read about ACPI on Arck Wiki then I installed it. Since then my PC has been struggling with these 'Crashes'
Demo of the giltch

I quickly uninstalled ACPI but the crashes were presistant. I though it was the Xorg or graphics card problem, I installed every driver possible [for intel Iris]
tried dubbing Xorg but nothing changed.

These Crashes happens in two ways. One is as you saw, Screen goes flickering while the other freezes while the Keyboard and mouse doesn't respond and caps lock flash on and off and kernal panics. Both happen very randomly but the screen flickers once then the system stops responding.
Journal CTL doesn't report anything expect for the kernal panics but here are something journalctl identify as error.

[Journal CTL always report these on boot]

This Crashes also happened on other distros like Kali
But kali report faulty power saving mode and to disable power saving mode for nvme.
Images of the Crash report

Kali also reported

Images of Kali reports

I added nvme.default_latency_us=0 and pcim=off to the kernal parameter yet nothing change. Infact the crashes start to happen often.
So My only option is to go back to the state where the PC where before the crashes start to appear. So I dual booted Arch With Windows Again.[Remove Kali]
My Storage Device wasn't appearing so I installed some driver and Installed Windows with generic driver.
I installed intel Optane Memory Managment but still crash happens.
The crashes seem to minimze but what is odd is it started to happen on Windows, Windows freeze for several minute or Windows goes black screen and freeze not come back until forced shutdown.
I thought It was the SSD until the crash happened on a live boot USD.[twice]
Right now, I really don't have any idea what to do, this issue had been over a month now. I even have to rewrite all my question after a crash happen and corputed my text file

Please ask me any info

Things you might know
These crashes happen even when I didn't start Xorg [startx]
These crashes mostly happens when I am on terminal application.[either kitty or alacritty]
These crashes often happen when I play music from MOC.
These crashes often after system hibernated or system had been suspended.
After these crashes happen some system file such as .zsh_history will be erased.
Sometimes these crashs specifically happen either when I am on battery or AC.
I have removed all My Power Managment Apps including auto-freq and powertop
One Odd thing happened is these crashes stopped happening for some weeks and started reappearing without making any changes

To add more info about me, I had used Arch linux over 3 year but have not encourted this kind of issuess. Infact I never had seen this kind of issuess.

NB: All of system compontents including ram has passed their check.
Bouns: I setted up a fresh Gentoo setup last 2 weeks and still happened. But I first exprienced this error on Arch while playing with ACPI

Re: Arch LINUX RANDOMLY FREEZES,SCREEN GLITCHES AND KERNAL PANIC RANDOMLY

Check you RAM health.

EDIT: and please don't shout in the thread title. That's a bit rude.

Thank for repling and hmm sorry for the title. I checked my health Ram mutilple times through HP's own system board tester.
Do you think it can go undetected there?

Re: Arch LINUX RANDOMLY FREEZES,SCREEN GLITCHES AND KERNAL PANIC RANDOMLY

Seems unlikely but it won't hurt to run the memtest thingie from the Arch live ISO boot menu.

Re: Arch LINUX RANDOMLY FREEZES,SCREEN GLITCHES AND KERNAL PANIC RANDOMLY

Also nb. that meaningful memtest86+ tests are measured in days.

Please dont't post (out of focus…) images of random things, start w/ a complete system journal (before any crash)

sudo journalctl -b | curl -F 'file=@-' 0x0.st

and your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General

When the system crashes, see whether you can reboot using the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Keyboa … el_(SysRq)
And also try the LTS kernel.

Lastly, don't be sorry - edit your inital post and fix the subject.

[ 24.541] (II) LoadModule: "intel"

[ 24.542] (II) Module intel: vendor="X.Org Foundation"

[ 24.542] Module class: X.Org Video Driver
[ 24.542] ABI class: X.Org Video Driver, version 25.2

remove xf86-video-intel , your hardware is many years too new for that driver.
In case X doesn't start after removing it, check the files in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ for references to intel .

Disliking systemd intensely, but not satisfied with alternatives so focusing on taming systemd.

I installed xf86-video-intel when I can't figure anything out, so I though it might be a driver issue, but the issue happen before xf86-intel

That doesn't matter, xf86-video-intel is not a fix for anything and will falsify any tests. Remove it, reboot, reproduce the issue, repost a xorg log and post the journal with the command seth asked you for in any case.
