A way you can try is to back date the kernel version to 6.1.xx, you can go to https://archive.archlinux.org/packages/l/linux-lts/ or you local /var/cache/pacman/pkg directory looking for the old version of Linux.

I'm a Legion Y9000K (AMD CPU). After I update LTS kernel to 6.6 yesterday, I had the audio no sound issue as well. I back-dated the kernel to 6.1 and the sound is back. I guess it is a kernel bug which happened on version 5 kernel as well. But this time may be different. I don't see the error in dmesg and journalctl as I did on version 5 kernel.
