Yes , I checked it's not Pipewire issue.( It seems that way too me at least) When I turn off easyeffects completely the audio is perfectly clear.
But every time there is that problem with audio the pipewire spits out this warning:

I tried to set buffer size up, adding 44.1 kHz sampling rate to allowed, I set realtime = true , Then tried to set manually priority to 99. Nothing, EasyEffects just doesn't want to work with Discord in browser and native.
I have pipewire, pipewire-pulse and wireplumber installed, and I'm using audio interface to get my audio in and out.
