[SOLVED] Keyboard key repeat settings dont work

Installed arch with kde and the key repeat when holding is annoying when playing games
I tried using regular kde settings to fix it but even tho it saves the settings, it doesn't make a difference
Also tried with xset (xset r off), but it doesnt do anything as well.
Im probably missing something obvious plz help

a) wayland or X11
b) what "games"

For X11, try https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xkbset

xkbset doesnt work as well

What do you mean w/ "doesn't work"?

"xkbset -r" will disable autorepeat, "xkbset r" enables it.
Don't use your game as testcase for success, use xterm.

I didnt use games for tests
I did use xbkset -r (with and without sudo)

I figured out its an issue with my keyboard and not with linux. Sorry, my bad.
