dirmngr hangs up with 100% CPU

Sometimes when I update my system with pacman, laptop freezes until I do hard reboot. I see the process dirmngr in htop with about 100% CPU load:

root       42063 99.8  0.1 181440 22276 ?        Ssl  21:02  15:23 dirmngr --homedir /etc/pacman.d/gnupg --daemon

What is the problem? I waited for about 10 minutes, and it doesn't stop.
