I just installed arch next to ubuntu and windows on my computer but I formatted my EFI partition (cause I'm very dumb) and now I can't boot ubuntu or windows anymore. If anyone have an idea for re-create the EFI files for ubuntu and windows I'll be very thankfull.

ArchLinux's GRUB can boot Ubuntu's kernel (unless you have some non-standard configuration and/or the needs of booting a SecureBoot environment, eg.: Ubuntu's EFI\ubuntu\shimx64.efi).
For Windows you can Repair its BootManager by some Resuce Operations via Windows' USB (I don't remember very well, but chances are Windows' BootManager files are still *inside somewhere within C:\).
*within ArchLinux, mount your Window's partition, then:
$ find /WHERE/YOU/MOUNTED/Windows/PARTITION/ -type f -iname "*boot*.efi"<49,17,III,I> Fama di loro il mondo esser non lassa;
<50,17,III,I> misericordia e giustizia li sdegna:
<51,17,III,I> non ragioniam di lor, ma guarda e passa.
