How to set hard AMD APU wattage limits?

Hey all, new user here, and I have a very specific thing I'm trying to achieve on arch that, weirdly enough, I haven't been able to find an answer to so far. I need to limit my APU(7840u) to 15w combined CPU and GPU power, as I want to play low power games and get better battery life without having to min-max power profiles for every game. I know there are ways to limit frequency and CPU usage using programs like tlp and cpu frequils, but nothing so far on limiting raw APU power. Are there packages that I can install that would allow me to have such direct control over my system?

AFAIK is not possible to limit APU combined TDP. You could set GPU power limits like here (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/AMDGPU … _(default)) or using CoreCTRL.

Then you could limit CPU max freq using TLP or manually (https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/CPU_frequency_scaling).
