Mullvad VPN Destination/Ping unreachable

I am recently coming back into Linux after a little over a year hiatus due to strictly requiring Windows. I reinstalled arch from scratch with mostly no hitches, but i have come across a weird stepback. I can connect to Tor and NordVPN, but my primary VPN (Mullvad) cannot reach the internet. Whenever I am connected to Mullvad, I cannot ping or access the internet, and I am unsure of where I should trouble shoot since I can use other VPN/Tor services. I've tried flushing Iptables and resetting ufw, but I can't think of what else I could tinker with.
