So after I installed Pantheon I can't personalize because Desktop option is missing

And which packages did you install? Did you include switchboard plugins like switchboard-plug-desktop?

I can't install switchboard-plug-desktop using Pamac

But note that I was just asking about that package as one example - I'm not sure if it's the one you need. I've never used pantheon - but I did read the wiki page for it, which I'd recommend you do as well. Notice I also asked which packages you had installed ...
