Bluetooth mouse not working

Hello!
As per the title, lately I found it difficult to connect my bluetooth mouse.
The connection seems to be established, but it is not moving and, after a while, the connection is lost.
I tried another mouse and I have an identical problem.

Both of them are paired and trusted and they were working a few weeks ago.

The only way to make them work is to delete them and pair them again (with a different MAC address, but I don't know if this is required).

The bluetooth service reports these errors

bluetoothd: profiles/deviceinfo/deviceinfo.c:read_pnpid_cb() Error reading PNP_ID value: Request attribute has encountered an unlikely error
bluetoothd: profiles/input/hog-lib.c:proto_mode_read_cb() Protocol Mode characteristic read failed: Request attribute has encountered an unlikely>
bluetoothd: profiles/input/hog-lib.c:report_reference_cb() Read Report Reference descriptor failed: Request attribute has encountered an unlikely>
bluetoothd: profiles/input/hog-lib.c:info_read_cb() HID Information read failed: Request attribute has encountered an unlikely error

while the journalctl logs do not seem to show relevant things.

Re: Bluetooth mouse not working

I have a dual boot but this is not the problem. Both mice can generate a new MAC, and then overcome the issues related to the dual boot.
I did not change anything tlp-related as well, so I do not think this is the issue.

Anyway, this is a grep of pacman.log of the last month

I did not change anything tlp-related as well, so I do not think this is the issue.

The question is whether the problem exists if you disable usb autosuspend (usbcore.autosuspend=-1) - the TLP notion was just a heads up that it'll, too, will impact the autosuspend condition - so you have to  (also) configure it there.

Wrt. windows make sure to check the article and also especially the 3rd link below.

Unfortunately I don't have access to my mice, and I won't have access to them for a few days, so I cannot test the TLP change. But anyway, the point I was trying to make is that my tlp configuration did not change in a while, so I doubt the issue is related to this.

For the windows stuff, I disabled the fast boot a long while back. Also, since I use windows rarely, I was always lazy to go through the whole setup procedure, and just went through a forget device/mac reset/pair procedure for the rare time I was in need of the bluetooth devices.

Those are the main reasons I suspect it is more related to a recent upgrade. But (if nothing changes in the meantime) I'll try the TPL solution as soon as I'll get back to my devices.

And what *was* updated/changed?
