Hi all - hoping you can point me in the right direction as I have investigated a few causes for this but turned up with little so far.
I built a new PC and am dual-booting Windows + Arch. Works great, but initiating a sleep (suspend to RAM) results in the system waking back up in less than a second. I've tested in Windows and sleep works fine there.
From other posts elsewhere it looks like the following system info output is helpful:

I am not able to disable that EP00 entry towards the end - could this be causing the issue? Is there a way to disable that? I see there are multiple of them.
I have explored the BIOS and could not see any settings specific to wake on LAN, wake USB, etc that I could disable.
I am using Logitech devices (MX Keys keyboard, M650 mouse) over Logi Bolt receivers so I suspected that could be an issue. I tried to do a 'sleep 10 && systemctl suspend', disconnecting the receivers and powering off the devices in that 10 seconds but issue persisted. The only things connected to my PC tower are those two USB receivers, a DisplayPort monitor out, a WiFi antenna that came with the motherboard, and power. My bluetooth is off according to my DE, KDE.
I also collected the output of running journalctl -f, reproducing the issue, and then stopping the follow. There seem to be a lot of errors in here, but I know system output is pretty noisy so I'm not sure if there are any actual errors. I tried Googling a few of the issues I saw, such as the CPU spurious APIC interrupt, xHC error in resume, and others. Did not turn up anything I found interesting or related to my issue.
$ sudo journalctl -f

I also found through some Googling that /sys/bus/usb/devices/ had some wakeup-enabled devices. cat */power/wakeup gave me two enabled's - "1-4" and "1-5". Not sure what these are. I tried echo "disabled" > 1-4/power/wakeup and same for 1-5 to change them.
I tried the above things together but the issue remains.
Please let me know if you have any other ideas for troubleshooting! Thank you

3rd link below. Mandatory.
Disable it (it's NOT the BIOS setting!) and reboot windows and linux twice for voodo reasons.
It also looks like you're running NM and dhcpcd concurrently?
I am not able to disable that EP00 entry towards the end

I did see your posts in some of the other threads advising disabling fast-start; I had already disabled fast-boot via the Settings UI in Windows. Your link led me to the Powershell command which I ran now to disable hibernate and restarted twice on both sides. No change in behavior however.
Your suggestion on lspci I think was to map the wakeup file's output to the specific PCI device. Looks like it is the Ethernet controller based on the lspci output, also pasted below. I went into the BIOS and disabled that, and I do see the 'disabled' reflected in the wakeup file. However it doesn't look to have made a difference. I tried disabling the rest of them again and then suspending, but did not make a difference.
Full output of lspci -nn:

Some other ideas I have been thinking about from the journalctl:
- Any issue with: Spurious APIC interrupt (vector 0xFF) on CPU#9, should never happen.
- I did a killlall bluetoothd and then reproduced, yet I am still seeing bluetoothd output in the journalctl. Why is this? Is it possible bluetooth is still somehow a factor even though I see it's off?
- This looks like a USB error/warning message. Is it something to investigate further? xhci_hcd 0000:0c:00.0: xHC error in resume, USBSTS 0x401, Reinit
Is there some sort of minimum case I can test, similar to isolating bad code in software by commenting out the rest? Should I boot without GUI and try systemctl suspend from CLI? I just tried appending 'single' to my default boot command, but issue persists when I try systemctl suspend from root shell.
Could it be my GPU driver? I've installed the nvidia package, which I believe is the closed-source driver. Should I try installing nouveau?
EDIT:
/sys/class/wakeup seems to have at least an all-encompassing list, although very long. I started with 67, went through all the steps I've taken so far, and am now at 47:
ls -la /sys/class/wakeup/*/device | wc -l
47
There is one device /sys/class/wakeup/wakeup6, where event_count=2:
# cat event_count
2
Seems suspicious, since all others are 0.. how do I track down this device and disable it?
This is the device:
# cat device/path
\_SB_.PCI0.GPP7
But I do not know how to get to it like I did with the /proc/acpi/wakeup file since all of those items are now disabled.
EDIT 2: I was able to disable the device, through writing 'disabled' to wakeup6/device/power/wakeup. However no change.

No, "should" not …
You can try to boot w/ "noapic", not sure whether that'll make a difference.
I did a killlall bluetoothd and then reproduced, yet I am still seeing bluetoothd output in the journalctl. Why is this?
Because it is most likely started w/ bluetoothd.service and that autostarts the daemon? Stop the service.
This looks like a USB error/warning message
It is, but it's happening after the wakeup. It might indirectly refer to a troublesome device, what are those?

Did try the 'noapic' in the bootloader arguments, didn't make a difference.
Did try disabling bluetooth via systemctl, didn't do anything.
Those 5 USB devices - 2 are my bluetooth keyboard and mouse, they are connected to Logi Bolt receivers. Those are 1-4 and 1-5. 1-6 and 1-7 are 'Intel Corp. AX210 Bluetooth', I suppose these are the bluetooth hardware? They are still showing up after I disabled bluetooth via systemctl so I'm not sure how to turn them off. 3-2 is the audio driver apparently. I've disabled the audio controller, integrated graphics, and a few USB options via the BIOS but that did not affect anything.

they are connected to Logi Bolt receivers … I'm not sure how to turn them off
You yank the receiver dongles out of the system
They're the prime suspects here.
disabled bluetooth via systemctl
You mean the bluetoothd, but you wanted to rfkill them (or disable BT in the UEFI)

I tried plugging in a USB mouse, disconnecting both bluetooth dongles, and rebooting the computer before attempting the suspend. Same result unfortunately. Tried also 'rfkill block all' before a suspend - this soft-blocked my wifi and bluetooth. Same result.
I had another thought.. could it be my CPU cooler? I have an AIO cooler installed with an LCD screen on it, it plugs into the internal USB header on the motherboard. I would imagine this gets disabled when I disable everything in /proc/acpi/wakeup, but maybe it would be worth opening up the PC and unplugging the cable?

Basically every semi-external device you can try to remove is worth a shot, yes.

Coming back to this...
I tried to take a fresh look at it now that I've given it some time. It was not the AIO cooler - I tried unplugging the internal USB header but the issue persisted.
I found something new which was interesting. When I reproduced the issue and turned off all /proc/acpi/wakeup entries, one item persisted. In /sys/class/wakeup, I did a
awk '$0 != "0" {print FILENAME,$0}' wakeup*/active_count
before and after reproducing. Before it was nothing, after it was wakeup6 with /sys/class/wakeup/wakeup6/active_count=2. When I investigated that device I found the device ID (at /sys/class/wakeup/wakeup6/device/physical_node/device) is 0x14db. The relevant lspci -nnv entries are:

You can see these are the two devices with 0x14db IDs, but I have no idea what they are and how I would disable them. They are both PCI bridges it looks like, so they manage all of the PCI devices? Any pointers would be appreciated on where else I can dig.
Thank you Seth (and others), appreciate your support.

ls -l /sys/class/wakeup/
They're all symlinks into /sys/devices what might narrow down this a bit for "lspci -tvnn" - the bridges are unlikely the waking devices but only forward the trigger but some leaf device.

Same issue with the Gigabyte B650M mainboard, and this fix worked for me https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2227413.
