where do I report this grub bug?

When I have a second monitor plugged into my laptop (via HDMI or DP), I see that the grub menu text is cut off in the middle of the screen. Link to Photo.

Is this a grub bug or a bug with Arch's configuration?

Potentially neither and your UEFI configuring things incorrectly/or an issue with the theme, what happens if you use the default theme?
