2% volume fairly loud (Pipewire)

After migrating from PulseAudio to Pipewire, everything works fine except this. 2% volume is too loud, about what I'd expect from 30%.

Is there any way to adjust this?

What is output your

wpctl get-volume @DEFAULT_AUDIO_SINK@

I do not use USB card. I noticed that it's mostly the problem with bluetooth speakers or headphones.

wpctl outputs the same volume percentage as applet or pulseaudio volume control.

bluetooth speakers or headphones often have an internal volume that's disjoint and not necessarily represented on the host system. Try lowering the volume on an actual button on the headset.
