Hi,
I would like to set a user avatar and change my sddm theme. Using Arch and hyprland (wayland).
After looking at the sddm wiki and sddm man pages, I don't have the `/var/lib/AccountsService/icons/` directory, in order to set the user icon. In addition, i'm not sure what to name the png either.
In regards to setting the theme, I found where they are stored and moved a new directory for a new theme there. Where I'm confused is if i need to make the file in `/etc/sddm.conf.d/default.conf` and then copy paste the default config in `/usr/lib/sddm/sddm.conf.d/default.conf` but modify the themes section?
Thx from a noobe

SDDM reads user icon from either ~/.face.icon or FacesDir/username.face.icon
/usr/lib/sddm/sddm.conf.d/default.conf
Contains all the defauts.
I recommend copying default.conf from there to /etc/sddm.conf.d
and edit it to make any changes you need.

As a side note, an major update to Plasma is coming up and it was announced by KDE that sddm will become their project at that time. If you start to spend any significant time trying to fix this, you might wait until next month and do it only once for Plasma 6. I have not looked, but the integration of Plasma and sddm might be improved.
