After updated Linux Arch, my Resolution is incorrect.

As the Subject states, I ran 'sudo pacman -Syu' and rebooted my system, and after getting back to my desktop environment, the resolution is borked. I attempted going to Display Settings, and it shows the resolution (1024 x 763), and doesn't allow me to change it stating I'm using Wayland and unsupported sizes are only available on X11, however, on the login screen, it shows that I'm using X11.

Re: After updated Linux Arch, my Resolution is incorrect.

and it shows the resolution (1024 x 763)

I bet your right arm is 1024x768 wink

Please post your Xorg log, https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Xorg#General
But most likely that's the simpledrm device, enable https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/NVIDIA … de_setting - use the "nvidia_drm.modeset=1" kernel parameter (modprobe.conf won't do!), stay away from fbdev=1 until nvidia has fixed that.
If you you don't use nvidia this will still work but maybe you'd rather want to go w/ adding "initcall_blacklist=simpledrm_platform_driver_init" to the https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/Kernel_parameters

Re: After updated Linux Arch, my Resolution is incorrect.

Please use

tags.
You can also upload it ot eg. 0x0.st or ix.io

If xrandr shows one of your monitors is called "None-1" or so, it's the simpledrm device.
If you've an nvidia GPU, enabling kms is between a very good idea and mandatory at this point.

Re: After updated Linux Arch, my Resolution is incorrect.

It does show None-1, I'll try the stuff you mentioned in a bit, simply posting the log
