wine breaks/disables usb controller

i'm trying to configure my controller for pes 6 with the settings.exe but when i try to run it with wine, the controller stops working and the program doesn't detect it either. it shows this when i run it:

and if i try reconnecting the controller it gives me "0084:fixme:wineusb:query_id Unhandled ID query type 0x5."

nvm !! got it working by adding it 2 lutris with wine runner and wine 8 26 ge

Add solved to your post title.

But yeah if you're gaming, the general go to is to use either Steam or Lutris these days, rather than raw dog wine. They're just too good.
Like I wrote a guide to tell people how to get red alert 2 running through wine but honestly, Lutris (or maybe steam) is the way.
