sway update breaks system

Hello at first I only see a couple more flickering when this was something it was already fixed 2 years a go or so…
Then I started to see a video and the video was loosing frames, A LOT, the same video I saw last night before the update and was working just fine…
Then it crashed... I tried again… It crashed again… I am like ok screw it, so downgraded back to older sway, now works just fine as much as it was before...
I decided to try my 2 laptops with totally different hardware since my PC is intel with NVIDIA, so I was like ok they do not support NVIDIA prob they broke it again,
but then and both laptops are Lenovo intel with intel build in cards that I had never had any issue whatsoever, same MPV problems watch same video… sad

Same issue and both laptops had to downgrade on both laptops... so had issues on 3 systems. 2 very different ones.
I am using of course
Wayland
sway
Arch GNU/Linux

Issues: with MPV watching video and then crashing eventually to need a reboot so was not able to get any useful logs
Anyway, anyone else having the same issues? Not expecting a solution, just curious to see if other people also had to downgrade
or what did they do.

Re: sway update breaks system

For context: https://github.com/swaywm/sway/issues/7999

The bug report wrote:

crashed, had to hard reboot

Is playing that specific video the only trigger? Do other videos play fine?
