Cannot build fbpanel from AUR

I am trying to install the fbpanel from AUR.
Here is the output from "paru -S fbpanel":

Read the comments on the AUR page.  This looks like the error that is noted in the top comment.  That same comment includes a "solution" - though it is two years old (and it's on a package that hasn't been updated in 6 years), so I'm not sure if it will be sufficient.  But you should certainly start there.

Read the comments on the AUR page.  This looks like the error that is noted in the top comment.  That same comment includes a "solution" - though it is two years old (and it's on a package that hasn't been updated in 6 years), so I'm not sure if it will be sufficient.  But you should certainly start there.

I have tried the "solution" in the first comment, the result is the same. Maybe because this package is not updated for 6 years I should try another panel. I am in the search for a lightweight panel for OpenBox.

By reading the github page of the project look like the developer isn't giving updates anymore and the guy that took the project has not open issues on his github page, try to report the problem there and may he would answer.
I think, but is just an assumption, that the developer used libraries or function that are not anymore supported by the compiler.
If you want you can try with older version of gcc but i'm not sure it will work

I am in the search for a lightweight panel for OpenBox.

I think that this package is abandoned, 6 years no updates. I don't think that he will answer.

I have downloaded it and I think I will keep it. Thanks for the advice.
