Boot hang @ initram post-upgrade to 2/25 linux-hardened-6.7.6

Hello,

I'm not sure what the problem is here if changes to this kernel just don't like my hardware or what, but I've never had problems with the hardened kernel in the past..

Popped in the normal linux kernel (latest as well) and no problems, boots up fine.

Thing is, all the research I've done on this problem which a lot of people seem to have, most posts, replies, wiki articles etc referenced just talk about downgrading kernels.

There's got to be a way to diagnose the issue.. Can someone guide me in that direction?

Thanks in advance!

You're sure it's hanging in the initramfs, so there's no boot listed in the journal?

Yep, no boot in journal, boot normal linux kernel, works just fine.

It was like that for .7 and .8 and now with .9 it works again.. No idea why.

But hey, it works again so all good!
