Thunderbolt 4 problems

hello

I try to use a Thunderbolt4 with my ThinkPad P1g4.

If I attach my Lenovo 40B0-dock to my notebook, USB LAN and sound are working. But a monitor is not working. Also connecting the monitor directly does not work.

boltctl says "connected". If I try to authorize the device, I get an write error.
I looked in /sys/bus/wmi/devices/ for the UUID of by dock - it's not there!

I read about BIOS-options to unset secuity on TB4. But my notebook does not have such setting.

cat /sys/bus/thunderbolt/devices/domain0/security gives "none"

Also tried to add a udev rule (like described in wiki) for accepting every added device. This too did not help.

I'm completely lost and do not understand whats wrong and how to fix. I hope someone here can help me!

best regards
