I updated my system yesterday, I think it included a new kernel and an SDDM update. Now Plasma hangs at a black screen with cursor, during the boot process the above message remains.
It seems to have something to do with the AMD graphics card. There is a lot about this on the internet and a new update could help.
I have connected to WIFI via iw, created the config file for DHCP, restarted the service and also rebooted the system, but domains are not resolved.
What can I be doing wrong?
I already posted it in the German forums, but it's kind of urgent.

i had the same problem with nvidia gpu, (you can change to other terminal)
-it might be because mkinitpio update and something added to the hooks - the config file changed - update it, rerun
-check the X11 conf files if it is still plasma 5, ()
-i also checked the modprobe blacklist files
it started working after that, sorry i cant give specific fix :S

Curosor like an underscore or like a mouse pointer?
Do you use sddm-git from the aur?
PAM errors in the journal (you can probably boot the multi-user.target, 2nd link below) and check the journal of the previous boot from there.

I installed an older version of sddm-git and the problem was fixed. I don't even know why I was using the git version, i think there was a problem with the one in the repo some time ago.
Thank you!

The problem you've used the -git version for should be fixed since SDDM 0.20 and 0.21 was just released, you should switch to the repo version.
