Why is KWrite and Nvim encoding different?

So, while working on a project, I came across some encoding differences.

I have posted a screenshot wherein the left side captures the default Kwrite editor and right side is the terminal Kconsole nvim editor.
The difference is evident in the 4th line.

Can someone guide me why this difference exists?
