After upgrading to plasma 6, I tried to add the "network speed" object to the panel. But this is not supported and does not work. So I tried to remove it, but I don't know how to do it. I am left with the object on the far right (not visible but it is there) with no option to remove it, only you can add more...

Right click the panel, select "Edit". The object might be not visible even under editing mode, but it will have a lager size so you can easily manipulate it. Then hover the mouse pointer on the object you want to remove, there will be an option to remove the object.

Thank you, but I don't have any option for removal, only for adding more objects.
