Plasma 6 tray messagges in plain text

Some time ago KDE decided to disable mark up text for applications in the tray. Someone could easily enable it by commenting out the line

textFormat: Text.PlainText of the /usr/lib/qt/qml/org/kde/plasma/core/private/DefaultToolTip.qml file of the plasma-framework packet.

In plasma 6 this file doesn't exist and doing the same in other similar qml files doesn't "fix" it.
