Pannel graphical bug on startup using Plasma 6 Wayland

On startup, my panel appears broken, the sizing of my Icons-only Task Manager, Window Title (from New Plasma Widgets), and Activities widgets seem to not update and Activities has a different icon from what I set:
Broken

When I enter and exit edit mode the issue is fixed, but again I have to do this every restart which is less than ideal:
Fixed

If anyone has a fix it would be appreciated and if someone can confirm that this is not an arch or config issue I can post this on kde's bug tracker. Note: I didn't purposefully change my config, and it worked as expected on Plasma 5.

Try to add a blank between the Window Title widget and the Tray widget.

Can confirm that adding spacers makes no change and that changing which widget fills available space makes no change. The activities icon is simply the reduced size version that looks different. No change upon newer updates as well.
