My TinkPad P1 gen4 has connection to a Lenvov Thunbolt4-dock 40B0-series.
My root- and home-partitions are encrypted with LUKS.
If I start my notebook with connected dock, mostly this does not work.
If the sysem asks for LUKS-password, I just get
no key available with this passphraseI have to detach the dock and restart the nobtebook. Then, it works as expected and I can connect the dock.
I don't know how this can be debugged of where the problem comes from. Maybe someone here knows more about it?
kind regards

Using the dock probably means you attached a different keyboard, then it can be a layout difference or you miss a mkinitcpio hook. Try using cryptsetup-luksAddKey (see manual) to add a second passphrase with the attached keyboard after the system started. Try a simple one (without special chars) first and if it works at boot, you can change it to a better one after investigating the reason for the layout problem.

Hello Strike0
The problem sometimes comes sometimes not.
Even if no keyboard is attached, using the notebooks keyboard result in error.
Today I get in one time, second time not... I'm not sure if this is according to hibernation / startup...
I will investigate more...
