Microphone does not work on startup, have to replug it

Hello, I'm using pipewire as my audio driver. I have a Blue Yeti Mic plugged in but somehow it does not work on startup. I have to unplug and plug it every time to get it working. I also have an earphone plugged in and the earphone's mic works just fine when I start my computer. Is there a way to fix it?

I have the same issue; you can try solution mentioned here : https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=280206 but none of those worked for me
