Hello all.
Steam is not working, and with these symptoms;
Steam will work properly for a few minutes after a reboot.
In these few minutes, launching The Binding Of Isaac will work all the way until i try to start a game; i then get frozen on the black loading screen with the grey drawing while the people say "Laa laa, la la, la la la la" (The binding of isaac has nothing to do with the crash itself, but this happens as a result of the bug)
After that, i am unable to open external menus (for example, clicking on "friends and chat" in the bottom right does nothing, and i cant click steam > settings, as no menu is displayed)
Attempting to play a steam game will not load its page where the Play button would be. (clicking "library", then clicking on a game from the list of games i have installed results in only a loading icon on the right pane; where the button to play the game would normally be)
Steam eventually crashes.
This started happening on my old Arch system (I used Archinstall, however i no longer have the logs), after uninstalled KDE and installing xfce. I reinstalled Arch (using archinstall in the ISO, however, the logs dont seem to exist anymore.) and KDE, and it is still the same issue.
Steam had worked perfectly before this.
I have tried:
1. steam-runtime --reset
2. deleting everything steam-related in my home folder
3. reinstalling Steam
4. 2 and 3 at the same time
System details:
Arch Linux
6.8.1 kernel
Plasma 6.0.2
Intel i7-7700HQ
Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 Mobile
Laptop
This is my first post; if you need any more information, let me know.

This issue first came up when the New Client UI released, was fixed, guess it's back. Having the same issue myself.
