Cant get my microphone to work

I have a zenbook 14 and i dont get my mic to work, also when i try to make a pacmd list-sources i get

You have multiple mic sources, does Mic1 rather than Mic2 work?

thats the problem, i dont have another mic connected and none of them work, it shoud only identify the integred mic but there are loads and none of them work
