JMicron JMS567 HDD enclosure poor performance.

Hi, I have strange problem with HDD enclosure ICY-BOX IB-3640SU3 based on JMicron JMS567 chip. I know whole story about this chip vs Linux especially problems with UASP driver performance, but in my case there is something related rather to hdd's than enclosure. I have two Seagate drives ST4000VX 016-3CV104 (4TB) and ST2000VX 015-2XG102 (2TB). With bigger one I can reach about 200MB/s read and 160MB/s write transfer and this is OK. Even during long time tests speed keeps around this values. When I try to copy/write something using smaller drive I get 30-40MB/s (sometimes 80MB) read and 160MB/s write! Of course both drives connected natively through SATA ports has no such differences in performance.
I'll be very thankful for any suggestions what to check in my system/hardware.
