Not sure when in started.
After restarting my laptop I have to use command bluetoothctl power on
Without that id KDE Plasma bluetooth is not working.
In plasma settings I set option to use the last bluetooth state and in /etc/bluetooth/main.conf I have auto connection set to true.

With bluetoothctl power on bluetooth is working (but not every time, but it seems random) but not working as it should.
My scroll wheel needs 10 "clicks" to move only one line (in firefox for example). Beofre this problem one wheel click moved aboult 3 lines (I think).
