Touchscreen emulating mouse in x11

In x11 touchscreen is shown as mouse, moving cursor, but 2 finger scrolling doesn't work. Its essentially emulating a mouse, not what I want. Wayland doesn't have this issue

Which xf86-input packages are installed? You generally speaking should only have xf86-input-libinput on a modern system.
