[SOLVED] Configuration files from KDE notifications

I have annoying sound notifications from GTK+ applications (Thunderbird, Visual Code Studio). I have turned off all notification sounds, and yet they will play sounds for me, before unsaved data.

Where are the relevant configuration files in KDE responsible for (sound) notifications?
