PPM init failed after kernel panic during system upgrade

Context:
I ran into a kernel panic. My system occasionally does that but before it was either during boot or shutdown, and it did not affect the system. I have asked about them on reddit before and trying different kernels  as suggested did not resolve the issue. This time it was during full system upgrade. This broke the systemd bootloader (no entries were showing) which I managed to fix with archlinux iso by reinstalling linux package and running mkinitcpio -P.

Now system boots until SystemD Graphical Target, SDDM fails to start and throws this error. I can log into different tty though. After searhing this error online and trying different suggestions nothing really changed.

What I have tried:
-Upgrading nvidia drivers
-Reinstalling nvidia drivers (nvidia and nvidia-dkms)
-Booting without nvidia drivers
-Appending nvidia modules into mkinitcpio.conf
-Updating and reinstalling linux-headers
-Trying to boot different linux kernel

I don't really know what to try next to resque. My system. I can do a clean install and preserve home partition, but really do not want to do that.

I am sorry for posting an image instead of code block.
